The basic malaise of marginal labor is a reflection of an avaracious ‘visa trading’ system which seeks to exploit a desperate demand amongst cheap labor surplus segments. The remedy proposed is worse than the disease since it is well acknowledged that a large proportion of the ‘blue collar’ labor force are engaged in tasks that cannot be nationalized by default. does one seriously expect national sweepers, garbage collectors et al?

What about those born in Kuwait, their kids Born here and studying here, those are living here since 70s ?
Some people’s I knew that the have never Been to their mother countries, their kids don’t know about their own country.
I think the Kafeel will get more benefit they will start charging more from those like to stay more years.

I want to pay telephone bill and when I check with MOC site to pay by entering telephone & civil ID no, it is not showing anything, gives me below message
Error… the data you have entered is incorrect…. Try again
I went personally to pay on MOC counter, they says data eveything is correct and they don’t know why not giving on website. They given me negative reply. They says come and pay here personally. Now whom to contact to update in MOC system? who will update? where to contact? you have any e-mail to contact them?
