‘Kuwait work visas only after polls’: MoSL
KUWAIT: The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor will start issuing work visas only after the National Assembly elections and the formation of the new government, reports Al-Dar daily quoting reliable sources.
The same sources said it was earlier announced that the work visas would be issued during this month, but the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Mohammed Al-Nomas has reportedly requested to postpone the issuance of visas until after the elections for the National Assembly and the formation of the new government.
The sources added the Cabinet then will issue the list of countries which are eligible to apply for Kuwaiti work visas.
