Number portability with Zain, Viva and Wataniya by the end of 2010

Kuwait: By the end of this year, subscribers at Zain, Viva and Wataniya Telecommunication Companies will be able to subscribe at any of these companies and keep their old mobile numbers.

A source said to Al Watan that the Ministry of Communication will complete the final procedures to implement this policy by the end of this year.

He said that such a move will develop cooperation among the three companies to provide better offers and services for subscribers.
