Condoleezza Rice to speak at NBK seminar next March
Kuwait - The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) announced on Monday it will hold a seminar to be attended by former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice next March.Rice will be key speaker at the seminar, titled “Developments of Regional and International Political Situations”, NBK said in a statement.
Served as the 66th United States Secretary of State 2005-2009, Rice was the first African-American woman secretary of state during the George W. Bush administration.
She also was President Bush’s National Security Advisor during his first term.
