They tried to stop people using skype by blocking the homepage http://www.skype.com but that hasn't stopped the usage. Similarly they've been blocking website and portals left and right to prevent access to voip software but they has not made a dent in the usage of voip. Thats why I'm no worried, not even a single bit.
