Read up... The news is not clear enough. Does it apply to; 1. Corporates who setup IP phone for interoffice communication? 2. The Bengali with the Nokia E series phone and internet calling facility? 3. Home users who call using Action VOIP. SIP dialer, Nymgo etc? 4. All of the above
