I am trying an interesting diet. The salads (with their mix of greens and high-protein chicken) just fit nicely in that diet.

There is nothing special about it. You just count all the calories that you eat - and then try to see how those calories are divided between the macro-nutrients (i.e. proteins, carbs, and fats).
I'll write about it once I finish the experiment.

I think I know, wat u r talking abt?
It must be tat Visual Food thingy, tat u posted on FB.

But...couple of questions.

Do u really 'weigh', all tat stuff, before you eat...???

Secondly....how do u know how much of each constituents, do they (the food) contain...??
For eg...how much carbs (?)...how much fat(?)...how much proteins(?)...etc. Or do u jus put in the approx weight, of the stuff, into the data-base?

Ya....u can say tat again...as per the old concept....and if u hav someone working in the medical field...especially.

But I read somewhere, tat its not as damaging as interpreted. No matter how many eggs u hav...it all depends on, how much calories/proteins...u burn up? Be it thru tough exercises or laborious work.

But the egg whites are fine n is a good source of energy giving proteins, too. Sometimes, I make cheese or veggie omelet, with egg whites n leave the yolks, for the kiddie's...noodles or french toast or wateva.

Like 'Buck' in Ice Age 3, says..."You dont need the calories"....(the hyperly active n growing up kids needs 'em more). ;)

Almost all of the information is available - either on the product package, or online.
