There is nothing special about it. You just count all the calories that you eat - and then try to see how those calories are divided between the macro-nutrients (i.e. proteins, carbs, and fats). I'll write about it once I finish the experiment.

Do u really 'weigh', all tat stuff, before you eat...??? Secondly....how do u know how much of each constituents, do they (the food) contain...?? For eg...how much carbs (?)...how much fat(?)...how much proteins(?)...etc. Or do u jus put in the approx weight, of the stuff, into the data-base?

No matter how many eggs u hav...it all depends on, how much calories/proteins...u burn up? Be it thru tough exercises or laborious work. But the egg whites are fine n is a good source of energy giving proteins, too. Sometimes, I make cheese or veggie omelet, with egg whites n leave the yolks, for the kiddie's...noodles or french toast or wateva. Like 'Buck' in Ice Age 3, says..."You dont need the calories"....(the hyperly active n growing up kids needs 'em more).
