Ahhh....lunch is here.
And it aint any high protein diet nor a cardio carbo one....nor a healthy body building or muscle toning, stuff.
Any guesses? Ok...will give u'all a hint.
It has four limbs but only uses two for mobility.
Its formidable defence n attack mechanism, is found at its tips.
A plump looking blonde haired american Colonel, first found its potential, when it was given the right training n treatment.
It can be utilized...stuffed between a yeast filled bun or a simple flat bread and even without any of them either.
Wat is it?

Wat is it? JB Lent and the Colonel's recipe don't go well together.....grrrr
