Hi,

I am on commercial visit visa right now. I need to transfer my visa to a work visa/residency. What all documents do I need to get this visa? Mainly, Do I need a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from India in-order to get this visa? And if at all i require it, do i have to get it in person from India or can someone else get on behalf of me?
