Lamb Koftas
Ingredients:
400 grams lamb mince; 2 tbsp chopped parsley; 1 tsp crushed garlic; 1 tsp ground cumin; 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander; 8 wooden kebab skewers, (soaked in cold water)
Method: In a bowl mix together lamb mince, chopped parsley, crushed garlic, ground cumin and coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Divide mixture into 8 balls. Form each ball around the pointed end of a skewer. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Barbecue over medium heat until browned all over.
