Unlike my previous fish steak recipe
(which was as calorie laden as it was tasty)
I've made some healthier modifications to my cooking but its just as tasty as the fried version.
King Fish /Sear Fish steaks(or any fleshy fish)
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C
Rub the steaks with salt, pepper, lemon juice
Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil onto the fish and on the baking tray
Reduce heat to 190 degrees, cover the fish and bake it for 15 minutes.
Once the fish is cooked, remove the cover and then use the broiler or grill setting on your oven to give the fish a golden color and cook for another 10 minutes.
Drizzle some more lemon juice over the fish and its ready to serve
