1. 4 green chillies
2. 4 Flakes Garlic
3. 2 medium Onions
4. 1"Ginger
(Grind ingredients 1-4 to a paste)
5. 8NosChillies, Red Dry
6. 1 Tablespoon Coriander/Dhania
7. 1 Teaspoon Jeera/Cumin Seeds
8. 8 Pepper Corns
9. little Turmeric. Haldi powder (1/2 teaspoon)
(Grind 5-9 in vinegar & salt)
2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil - For seasoning
12 Nos Mackerels
Salt to taste
2 Tablespoon Vinegar to taste

Clean, Wash and cut the fish, and keep aside.
Grind the masala in vinegar and salt, and mix it with the fish, so that the fish absorbs the masala.
Prepare the paste masala.
Heat a saucepan, pour in oil and fry the sliced onions till they turn lightly brown. Now add the masala paste.
Add left over vinegar masala and boil. (you may add little water to reach gravy consistency ) and then add the fish and cook it for some time, with the pot covered with a lid. Cook in its own gravy for about fifteen minutes.
Stir the pot once in a way, so that the fish does not get stuck to the bottom.
Be careful not to break the fish.

Taste the curry, and add salt and vinegar if required.
