1 Packet frozen sausages (chicken)
1tbspn. ginger garlic paste
tomato ketchup(5-6 tablespoons),
sauce (2 tablespoons),
coriander leaves for garnish,
1 spoon of chilly powder
Cut the sausages in bite size pieces, cutting diagonally.
Marinate for about 15mts. in ginger garlic paste.
In a non-stick pan, add little butter and saute the sausages,
quickly add the chilly powder and fry for sometime, add sauces and stir fry.
When done garnish liberally with finely cut coriander leaves.
Pierce little toothpicks into them, serve as appetizers.
