Hello n good morning ppl.....

Wat a freaky sandstorm....???

It swooped down all of a sudden, blew fine dust thru gaps n holes, of the house...laid a thin blanket of fine brownish powder, on the cars n streets n scattered away....before u cud say.....'oh no....not again'. Only to be followed by a strong drizzle of rain tat cleared away the dust....but at the same time....muddied the cars. Shiiish. I wud hav prefered a dusty car, rather than a muddied one.

My Maggie was as like a heavily made up n maskara-eyed lady weeping....with streaks of dried muddy water...flowing down its sides. The glasses were all dirtied. I dint bother to do much wiping or cleaning....lest I wud get myself dirtied....but only cleaned the front n back glasses, with water. (Hey I hav to see where I'm going....no?).

By the time I hit the roads....the sun started to dry up the roads and the dust had been washed away...giving rise to a beautiful spring day. The skies are clear, with a few clouds here n there....and a slight breeze....hitting the face....tat makes you wanna enjoy, this time n space.

One of our filipino techie, met with an accident yesterday. No injuries or such, but some sizeable damage, to his car. He was hit from the back, by a half-lorry, driven by a masri.

When our boss n mandoop....reached the spot n asked how it happened....the lorry driver said tat his truck's brakes failed and as he was approaching a curve...he was forced to ram it, into something, to stop or it wud hav toppled over....resulting in more damage (to the truck) n injury to himself.

Now the funny part.

The road was two-laned...and there were cars on the left waiting, for the signal, to turn green, while on the right lane, was our filipino guy who wanted to go straight. The lorry driver wanted to turn left...but at the last minute, switched lanes and opted to ram into the filipino's car...(to get his truck stopped).

The reason....?

He said tat the left lane, contained 3 new luxury cars...a Merc, a Lexus and a Cadillac SUV, all driven by Q80s...while on the right, he saw only the filipino n his old Toyota. Instead of smashing into the 3 new luxury cars n getting the brunt of the locals' anger, vented out, on him, he opted for the 'lone filipino'....whom he cud sweet talk or threaten or do something...tat wud be much more favorable for him...both 'getting bashed up' wise n money wise.

Now who said masris were dumb....????

What a day.....we get to see it all.....

Huh....!!!

Well...I (and most like-minded normal ppl - like me) saw only....dust, rain n now....clear sunny skies...and tats it.

Was it 'snowing' in ur place...!!???

Looks like everyone is busy enjoying the bright sunny weather....while I'm sitting in the office...watching a computer monitor....tat hasnt moved or changed, since 10:50....even after pressing 'F5'.....numerous times.

Going to see "Hunger Games" today.

Even if the movie turns out to be...below ur expectations...atleast u can console urself, for paying only 50% of the usual price.
