Sorry folks....cudnt be with y'all...for some time.
Like the old saying in GOC....."the carpenter's work is faster n quicker, when its time to go". (Yani until then, he wud be lazying around n working leisurely....trying to prolong the work (hours) by days...and as it nears 5pm...he we will bang the nails harder on the wood....chisel away faster than a steam engine...and act busier than the busiest honey bee...coz tats when the employer, comes to see his (finished) work for the day n pay him, his daily wages).
In short....we (me, my boss n couple of arab techies) had to search, for an itsy bitsy notice, tat was published way back in 2010, in the Govt Gazette (Kuwait Al Youm).
Wat a way to end the day...??
