Came back from the burial yesterday. Arab customs are extra-ordinary in their brevity. Mourning is only for 3 days. And condolence visits are strictly during fixed times. Between the noon, after-noon or evening prayers. Which makes perfect sense. No use in disrupting the lives of the living to "honour" the dead. No disrespect to either.
