Hello gang! Hi Flames! what a coinkidink you should mention the BC and civil ID now. I just got a copy of my birth certificate last month. Luckily for me the civil ID number was the same as it is now. Hope you sort out your issues soon. Hi SM! Did you take them to ALL the places listed in this site? http://www.bloggermathai.com/blog/category/kuwait-tourism/

Our trips are confined to the evenings, as uncle returns from work at 3:30 PM. Will need to slot every daytime visit in to this Fri & Sat... Papa is leaving on the evening of the 30th. Mom would be here till I leave... Would take her around a bit more. Hope we can really meet up on Feb 2nd. Or I would somehow have to force the Nawaab to drive me to your place... and forcing him to do anything is never a good idea. I wanna meet li'l Mishu.

Frankly speaking...he doesn't know the exact procedure, but as per his experience....any boo-boo by the Immigration office.....you will hav to run around to rectify it. As per his 2 cents on the matter....he too believes, tat there will be no other issues and once the renewal is done...chek with the Traffic Dept, regarding the Civil ID number on the D/L n they wud appraise u wats to be done. He suggests tat if u cud hav someone who speaks arabic (like ur hubby's mandoop)...it wud be easier for both parties to communicate. Though the D/L is not widely used, for official matters such as residence renewals, car passing etc etc but the Civil ID number printed on it, is like a secondary indentification....n its betta tat u get its straigthened out....esp since it might cause a problem if u r involved in any un-toward incident (with ur car) or when they do a a thorough inspection. So go ahead n finish off the residence renewal stuff. Hope u are feeling betta n relieved, now. And remem, to keep us posted on ur experience.
